The Core and More workout will focus on building strength, stability, and endurance in the muscle groups that support your core: abdominals, obliques, lower back, glutes, and hips. We will also add training for upper and lower body to provide a balanced workout. You will be guided to ensure proper techniques are used incorporating props such as stability and medicine balls, a BOSU, dumbbells, resistance bands along with our own body weight. This class will improve balance, assist with injury prevention, and help you become better at everything you do.
